VW/Audi 2.0T TSI Performance Aluminum Radiator

The factory radiator found in the VW/Audi 2.0T TSI application was engineered to only support stock power outputs and last within a set service life. All too often when more power is demanded the cooling system becomes stressed and can shed only so much heat, in so much time. The ECS Tuning in-house engineered Performance Aluminum Radiator utilizes a larger volume, dual row, dual-pass aluminum heat exchanger that is hand TIG-welded to 5052 aluminum end tanks and polished to perfection. Featuring a 20% increase in overall volume compared to stock, this is a direct replacement radiator that will outperform and outlast the OE unit!

PART DESIGN

• Our radiator utilizes all factory mounts, fan shroud, hose connections and CBFA-specific PremAir® Sensor for a direct OE upgrade WITHOUT modifications to any other components 

• Increase in +20% volume over the stock radiator. ECS Radiator measures 2.395 Liters internal volume compared to the OEM Radiator at 1.920 Liters

• Larger volume, dual row, dual-pass aluminum heat exchanger

• Pressure tested to 1.5 bar at 0% leak down to ensure quality and leak-proof manufacturing

• Fabricated 5052 aluminum end tanks

• Fully TIG welded, featuring a polished finish
