Making an ordinary everyday SUV into a suburban missile!

Welcome to the first blog of euroXP!  This would be the introduction of a journey only recently started to make my Dadmobile to a Batmobile!.  Well not really so much but the goal is to make it faster, more agile, and fun!  Coming from a 2013 Audi A4 Quattro, I found myself in need of more space and versatility. In September is when I made the decision to sell Elsa ( my 10 year old named her) and pickup something new. After much searching around and speaking to various Audi members, I found my next new (not so new) ride at Porsche dealership. Sitting there was a 2014 Audi Q5 3.0T Premium Plus, and it was a great looking ride with only 46,000 miles. Taking the Q5 home I realized a couple of things. The supercharged V-6 engine offered plenty of punch and snappiness but, had room for potential.  The torque was instant and moved the 4300 plus pound SUV off the line like a bat out of Hell.  Around the corners though is where the heft was most felt.  The porky SUV was originally made for comfort not spirited driving, but that didn't mean it couldn't be changed to do so. And thus we go to 034 Motorsports for our modification needs!  This tuner company has been growing and making waves in the mod world. First up was the 034 Motorsports Drivetrain Inserts and the 034 Motorsports rear sway bar. What really made these great is of course the improvement of the drivetrain and ride!  It really was a night and day difference for an upgrade that is so easy to install most do it at home in their garage. The slop that associated with drivetrain movement was gone, and the shifts were much more crisp. This of course, is just only the beginning check our blog as the progress will continue.
